I really love how the midway is basically the same as when i was very young in the 1980s and that they have done a great job in preserving and maintaining these classic games for more than 40+ years. Very nostalgic.
Stayed here on my first trip to vegas, 9-10 years ago, great memories, i liked this hotel, everyone told me it was a dump , but there was something about it!!! Off to the excalibar at the end of the month!!!
Oh nice! It is such a historic Vegas hotel and casino! I love the vibe. It is a bit run down at the moment. Hopefully, they will take care of it with the new renovation. Cool, the Excalibur is a nice stay as well on the south Strip! Enjoy your trip!😀
Family and I like the buffet.kids especially love the amusement attraction park fits our budget.we haven't stayed in hotel but like whole resort casino n other things to do at circus circus
I really hope they get that hotel back in good condition. It doesn't deserve the neglect that it's being shown. But it's definitely worn out.. The bones are good, it just needs to be cleaned up & fixed up. If they demo this place, that will be so sad for so many. It just holds too many memories for too many people. Since 1968
I agree...way too much nostalgia and history to demo the hotel, but it really does need renovations though. The Midway looks fantastic after all these years, but lots of people complain that the rooms are just too far worn out and need a good remodeling.
@@VegasWalker that's true. Heard they doing alot of work in there. If this video was done with the iPhone then it's definitely amazing quality. You notice it alot in circus Circus maybe because they have good lightening I could be wrong 😊
They definitely need a lot of work especially the carpets and the rooms. It was on the iPhone. The lighting is terrible at Circus Circus. Dim and then old bright lights!😂
I last stayed here in 2016, back when it was still MGM property. Maybe it’s your camera but i don’t remember it being quite that bright. Fond memories; stayed there three different times. Hardly the best hotel but it was fun. One of the few places you can still find a bit of old Vegas. I hope it will benefit from new neighbors, Resorts World and Fontainebleau. It was pretty lonely once Stsrdust and Riviera were torn down.
Yeah, same experience for me. Definitely not one of the best resort, a lot of fun and good memories. The north Strip will be livelier when the Fontainebleau open in December. You are correct, the lighting in Circus Circus is still very dim and not well lit.

Yeah, I agree. Last time I stayed there the room was all worn out, carpet badly stained and wall outlets all cracked.

I passed by the blue Scientology building a few times, but never been inside it.
