I just beat it with randoms, just had a Blissey change its hability for Raichus and since volt adsorb was activating on blissey it didn't acrivate on Raichu, Blissey was full HP the whole fight

Then Use duskclops
With Lightning Rod ability
I saw 1 dude used That and survived till the end.......
And use some move like theif or snatch/snarl to remove boost..

A person on my team used smack down. which also worked for dealing with magnet rise

use snarl assult vest manectric with lightning rod. the boss won't even get a chance to boost lmao. if all 4 players use it at different times you're pretty much guaranteed raichu wont go crazy with spa boosts.
