1. Log in to Gmail:
Open Gmail and sign in.
2. Open Settings:
3. Click on the gear icon (⚙) in the upper-right corner and select See all settings.
Navigate to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP Tab:
4. Click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab at the top of the page.
Add a Forwarding Address:
5. Click on Add a forwarding address under the Forwarding section.
A new window will appear where you can enter the email address you want to forward your emails to.
Verify the Email Address:
6. Gmail will send a verification email to the forwarding email address. Open that email and click on the verification link.
Select Forwarding Option:
7. Once verified, go back to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab and choose:
Forward a copy of incoming mail to [your forwarding email address].
You can also choose what to do with the original email (e.g., keep it in the inbox, archive it, or delete it).
Save Changes:
Scroll down and click Save Changes.
