Solid review bro good to point out the pros and cons of the squat rack. Plus to add it was just informative and helpful. Keep up the amazing work dude. 💯👊
Solid review. I purchased this product last month for my garage gym off of amazon for $150.00; I really like it for doing lateral and front raises you really do feel the burn. Also it easily attaches to my power rack. The only downside for me is its kinda big if you want to store it somewhere and take it off of the power rack.
Actually seems like a really great piece to have especially with the way they have the plate pegs setup it will provide maximal resistance at the start of the movement when the side delts are at longer muscle lengths which is ideal for hypertrophy! Mikolo honestly makes pretty solid stuff. I have their M4 all-in-one rack + smith + functional trainer and it's fantastic for the price, genuinely can't find anything else on the market that is a better value with all the features and small details that make it better than other comparably priced ones IMO.
I used to do big barbell lifts and never went near dumbbell stand. The only thing I missed was lateral raises. This machine will help both lateral and real delts imo. 💪
Hey Luke I used your code to purchase it after waiting for weeks to see it in stock again. Have you tried using it for chest fly yet? Also, is there any hacks for this attachment? Thanks. I hope you do more of reviews for this kind of space-saving attachments over the budget racks.
It looks just like the one by ER Kang that I have on my purchase list. In fact a lot of Mikolo and ER Kang products look identical. I wonder if one company owns the other?
@@stephenedelstein2128 I know! I for sure thought it wouldn’t be as quality but I was shocked to see. It’s a great buy and I wouldn’t let you down. Only issue I had was cosmetic with the paint chipped a little
Dumbest thing I’ve heard. There’s no need for a functional trainer or dumbbells if u have sand bags and cans of soup lol It’s absolutely a need if u want to do a machine version of lateral raises. Can never invest too much into ur health

This looks like a cool addition. It was cool to see the rear delt fly is an option too.

Working those deathstar delts!!!
KABOOM BABY!

one of my favorite movements!! Used to do a ton of overhead barbell presses, but just use this and cables now
@@LukesGarageGym I am watching lots of pros using these types of lateral raise equipment.

Cool piece! Is there a way to set it up for chest flys?
@@TheCarterHomeGym I gotta see if I can set it up!!
@@TheCarterHomeGym I feel like there’s a way!
You should be able to do flys if you connect bands to the top of the rack
Not a bad looking piece! I use my jammer arms for front side and rear delts and slide them up and down to work other body parts.
That’s a solid move to get those movements in!!
Hey brotha great video. Are you able to line up a bench and do incline chest flyes with it?
thanks bro! And not sure if you can, I still need to see!
Have we tried mounting it updisde down and then putting a incline bench in front to do incline fly work?? Great vids!
Thanks fam!! I wonder! Imma try that and see!

Hey bro..I was wondering if you could somehow adjust it to do cable flies, sort of like a pec fly machine ? Thank you for the video
I still haven’t tested if that’s possible yet

I wonder what other attachments Mikolo Fitness will work on 3" x 3" 1" Hole Racks?
I’d be interested to try their leg extension attachment
Good review, thats one piece I do not have. I also dont have a 1" rack 😅. I saw major fitness has a decent one, but its double the price
@@Ice_Box_Gym yeah :( that’s the only downside. Maybe one day they can find a way to get one for 5/8 holes too

Vesta fitness 2 in 1 rack and major fitness plmo3
