1:00 Nope. It's very slight, but they do not. Essentually, here's how a battery works to answer most of what was mentioned in this segment. We don't "use" energy because it's not a physical molecule. Rather, the transition between states or movement of molecules releases energy that can be used, think of how a wind turbine generates elecricity by having the wind spin the blades which spins the generator. A battery contains an anode that gives away electrons to the cathode which recieves these electrons. The electrons, which contain the electrical energy, move from the postive end of the battery, through the device, and into the negative end. This movement releases some of the energy contained in the reaction, that's how we get our desired effect. However, this loss of energy means that a battery loses weight slightly as it is used up. That's because mass, which determines weight (weight is mass times gravity), is effected by energy (E=mC^2 --> m = E/C^2)
I love the shoebill stork and it has a dedicated thread on 4ch (mainly pictures), the video of it clicking is so haunting and badass. But most importantly, it's so cute!
My favorite bird is the Luzon bleeding-heart (in French it’s called the stabbed gallicolumba and that is sick), I recommend to look at some pictures, he’s so cool and yet so adorable
Diction is not how you say words, it's your choice of words. Someone with good diction will be able to describe what they mean very well and have a wide vocabulary. Love the pod!
54:16 I actually do I have perfect pitch and Jordan sang a concert D. It is kinda a curse and a blessing because I love hearing the world tonally but I know when things are not in tune and it feels like nails scrapping on a chalk board for me
Hey, this episode is not viewable on patreon. Would there be any chance that the extended edition could be reuploaded there? (edit) Never mind, the links started working right now. Thanks guys! :D
Hey Jackson, I'm not sure if you will read this, but i have started learning instruments (bass and piano) about a year and a half ago. The theory seems daunting at first, specially on piano, but if you do some every day, you will definitely be able to do some amazing stuff by a year's time. Anywho, if you ever have any questions, hit me up!
53:57 that was E and slightly flat F back and forth. Also I think most people are born with perfect pitch but it needs to be cultivated early on. Could be an interesting topic of discussion (or a podcast game perhaps?)
They’ve mentioned it quite a lot so I don’t know if you’re joking or genuinely serious, but if you’re serious then Peter is on a month long trip to Canada & USA.
1:15 for once Jordan was actually right, but they're so used to him saying the most absurdly wrong statements that they just gaslit him into being wrong 😂😂
Little Z not knowing how Z is pronounced is one of the underdogs moments of all time
I’m America people pronounce it “Zee”. In Australia people pronounce it “Zed”. That’s most likely what confused him
@@frenchyfry577But he always calls himself Little "Zee" so he says it all the time, and then acted like he didn't know how to say it. He never says Little Zed
@@F0XD1E that’s most likely because most of his audience are Americans who say “zee”
@@frenchyfry577 The point is that he says zee all the time. We all know they normally say it differently in Australia.
@@F0XD1E he doesn’t say Zee all the time, he’s said zed multiple times. He seems to alternate between the two
Horizontal cogger is the best kind of cogger
Jordan making a water type starter based on James Bond is so funny bc there already is one (Intelion) and people HATE it.
what if you wanted to have a cute starter Pokémon, but GameFreak said: "make it stand up"

Meowscarada is great, Intelleon isn’t.
I love how the underdogs podcast comes out right when i come home from school
For us in Europe it is also around 3-4, but am sadly

Bowser Jr. should be voiced by Steve Buscemi

I clicked on this pretty much accidentally, but watching the fully edited podcast is a crazy experience after 1 year of the Patreon.
How big of a difference is there
It’s just a lot smoother because of the editing, and obviously it’s shorter.
“How do we say zed? Zee” what america has done to the poor world

Jackson's lack of diction coming into play when failing to define it

Love the pod!
It actually depends on the context, in speech/acting/singing Diction is how you say your words
Special guest: Cogger's beautiful legs
Cog is an Ostrich for sure
This is the best thumbnail that an underdogs podcast has had

It would also be nice if episodes 54 and 53 could be reuploaded as they have the same issue
The ending was perfect.
I would love to see a mega decidueye that would be sick
You could do Ben Stiller (Waluigi) and Adam Sandler as Wario

Wtf does zed mean? 😂
The letter z
Good relative pitch can mimic perfect pitch. Most high level musicians can hold a note in their head, so they can compare it to any note they need to.
you can learn perfect pitch - it takes a very long time of constantly being exposed to music but a bunch of my friends have developed it
