I used to train all these years with slow negative reps..
I think it's time to change My routine to fast reps
Not disagreeing with John but I think that if you only do fast reps you'll shortchange your results. Personally what I think works best is a combination of controlled and faster reps. When doing bench, squat etc start with controlled negatives, (controlled not superslow) maybe even a short pause and when the reps get harder speed up the negative as bit to get some help from the stretch reflex. However, on biceps-curls I do the opposite! When reps getting hard I use a bit of cheating to get the weight up but then I slow down the negative portion. I always try to do the lifting part explosively but without jerking the weight up. Scientifically I might be completely wrong but that's what I feel work best for me. Also when doing TOO fast negatives on the squat you might put a bit too much stress on the knees, (bouncing out of the hole) not good in the long run. (Something I learnt the hard way.) Just experiment to find out what works best for YOU!

Not really. I think these were made privately before hand for clients and now they’re releasing them. Idk just my guess. Either way we’re blessed to even get these videos
Not really. Ib would assume that he recorded hundreds of different topics and never released them. So, his wife is working with the video editor to get videos created and then posted, and she still gets the money from the channel. It's kind of like Tupac doing songs and while albums years later.
