I love how everyone here collectively agrees that Flandre's Team is at least going to have Giratina. I'd like to take that a step further and say that Giratina's situation with Flan would be a relationship similar to Meowth with Team Rocket or the Legendary Dogs in Sword/Shield: Giratina simply CHOSE Flan to be their Trainer, and as a result Giratina's power is uninhibited by the Pokeball, if Flan even decided to use one on Giratina. They each have their own goals, but are united by a strong bond cultivated even before the Pokemon and Pokemon Trainer relationship was ever established for the pair.
I feel like they'd open up with a Crowbat and Chandelure, but end with a Giritina and Yveltal. Maybe a Noivern and Garchomp in the middle. I think its obvious who would have each. (Crowbat, Garchomp and Giritina for Flan obviously) Edit: Holy crap this team would be terrifying to go up against casually. Not to mention if they all had held items and were properly EV trained.
