I started watching these videos 2 days ago. In 48 hours I’ve FINALLY learned how to swim & float after 24 years. I could cry. I’ve had drowning nightmares forever. Thank you so very much.
Sameeee Idk how to swim above Nobody taught me how to swim But I rlly wanted to swim..so I figured out how to swim underwater...it's so much relaxing and easier for me
It is really easy to swim underwater after i saw this video. You will definitely be able to swim just read this: 1. SOMEONE WHO IS A SWIMMER SHOULD WATCH YOU THE MOMENT YOU GO IN. 2. When you duck dive don't lose hope(it may seem you are coming back up) so do a breaststroke and point your head downwards while doing it. 3. The direction of the head and the breaststroke together will take u underwater for sure. 4. If you are new don't go too much deep because u need to come out and it may take sometime to reach up. 5. Before going in, look around for people jumping in the pool. They may jump without noticing you. Congrats it's easy. You will be able to do in a few tries.
What should be d reason every time when I m doing underwater in few minutes I come automatically on d surface. What should be d breathing pattern? Should I hold my breath or should I exhale through nose? Please guide me
@@anarbakeri4830 just point your head bottom and do the breast stroke. Also kick with ur ankles pointed and try to give more number of kicks with 80° bend at the knee. It will take you deeper or atleast forward. Keep your arms at the side once you have duck dived and deep within. It will take a little practice but it happens eventually. For breathing I let go bubbles slowly. U can try at first holding ur breath if that's easy for u. Once u r able to go within u can leave breath slowly. Soon one day u will find it very easy. Take care. Enjoy
@Winter Heyy omg I had the same thing I had a dream of me drowning under water I felt so real I stopped breathing and I also was in a sleep paralysis dream you know where you can't move or talk so I was rushed to Basildon hospital I almost died
I'm not a great swimmer but I love diving to the bottom and trying to swim the entire length of the pool completely submerged. Deepest I've gotten was 4.5m (14.9ft) in my local diving pool Not trained as a swimmer or anything it's just something I enjoy
This is great thanks. I had a massive fear as I drowned as a child. I swam under water today and it felt amazing 🎉I’m ecstatic 🤩 I swim better under than on top of the water.
I came to watch this video out of curiosity 😂 otherwise I know how to swim 😐 I didn't go to any school I learnt how to swim above water from my dogs lol I just mimicked what they did I learnt how to swim underwater from frogs 😂 I know I know I'm crazy
The important tick that I learnt from this video is to never breath out a little bit to go deep down.... because that little oxygen may hold you in underwater for longer time..... Thanks 😊 for your lovely advice
Your so lucky that you have this HUGE pool and you can swim everywhere it's my dream to swim in a big Pool like this your amazing at swimming keep it up 👍
How do you even go underwater I cant even go under the water a little and IM HEAVY also this is probably a Self insult but IM FAT HOW DO I NOT GO UNDERWATER
I taught my self how to swim... ( i cant float ) im wondering why he goes so slow.. i simply either move like a dolphin or kick my feet as fast as possible... i can hold my breath for 29 seconds
Well there is a certain amount of corrections your swimming style requires. First of all add a slight dolphin kick during the stroke, that will help a lot. Secondly, you really want a narrower kick than the one displayed in the video. And you want to add some control over your legs overall so that they don't randomly float behind you creating additional dragging. And last but not least, and you me tion it in the video but failed to do yourself - keep your arms closest to your boddy while recovering from the stroke. This way you reduce the amount of water you pull in the wrong direction.
People in indonesia call that move gaya katak or gaya kodok basicly means that you swim kinda like a how a frog swim but you dont have to be under water you can do it while swimming normally
But if you exhale some of the air when you are at the bottom of lets say an 11 foot pool, are you not loosing buoyancy to the point of drowning? I mean you can kick and paddle all you want, but without that lung filled up your going to stay sinked.
There used to be a YMCA in my area (a grueling 7-minute walk from my apartment) that had a wonderful 9 ft. deep pool. I loved it and used to swim underwater all the time. However, it was deteriorating with age and started to lose quite a bit of water, so it was shut down. i joined another fitness center, and they also had a 9ft. pool. However, it was reserved for only lap swimmers (which came and went sporadically), so I didn't get to use it that much. Also, some very freaky female lifeguards would always give me a stare-down if, when I used it, I was in it "too long". The fitness center I belong to now has a measly 6 ft. pool that is always inundated with older folks.
I only know how to swim above and just few meters under water and not doing it deep like near the floors because i dunno how. I think for this i need an instructor too, it scary if i would just black out.
hey i have a question when i do the last breath before diving if i inhale 100% i dont feel.comfortable and get more time by exhaling ,, should i do it or i should inhale less
For some reason I always swim like the mermaids in H2O, just with the hands on the side of my body. This wasn't even a concious decision, I've just been doing it like this forever lol
Swimming is not as easy as you guys think it is actually a very hard thing as I go to the olympics Queen Elizabeth swimming pool and oh boy is it hard also when it is deep even in the 0.10/0.70 meters ones you can bearly feel the floor adding onto that I am in the 100cm or m and backstrokes are like omg I don’t even want to say it you will be seeing me drown 24/7 it’s so deep so don’t think it’s that easy try it first. *level of swimming- extreamly hard!!!*
My brother watched this tutorial and tried it, he's been in the water for 15 minutes! Seems like he's enjoying this a lot!!
I'm not sure if this is a wholesome comment or a dark joke💀
Dark joke
Have you poked him with a stick. If he doesn't move, leave him in there for longer, you are obviously disturbing him.
