Heyho, sadly there is no ther way to get all Race dmg besides Poi Tata Star and Moonlight Tendri Star Cards 😅 But in armor you can compensate the card with another card like Ellenia Card (in the future) which is made from Ktullanux Card =)

Tofu has 5s channeling time with 1.2s CD, Fried Rice duration is 60s, Hotpot 120s. So every 60s you need at least to do Fried Rice, meaning 60/6.2 = 9ish tofu can be cooked before your next fried rice/hotpot buffs =)

I've been waiting for your guide about LMX😅 thanks for this. I'm from physical class khalitz and Rath and I feel dull playing those class so I tried to change to LMX and to be honest it's exhausting to change from physical to magic. Im 7/7 and I get so lucky to have all the star runes w/ active second line with high 1st line. But I burn so much zeny to get those s runes second line.
