I already loved your GoPro vids, but these graphics showing the pot and cue ball lines has taken it to the next level. Keep the uploads coming! Cheers from Spain.
I kind of forgot that I am wearing a GoPro while doing the session - so I stood up too fast again. Will do a better job next time. I hope you enjoyed this one! Btw: I noticed that I said the word "little" about 5000 times in this video.

Clearly putting a lot of effort into this content, it is showing in the quality. Thank you for the effort, I learn from every video. It's also just fun to watch.
These GoPro videos are 🔥🔥🔥 and I’m loving them. The added tangent lines and and all the graphics as well as your verbal commentary on your thought process is so helpful to my own game right now. The fact that you include your mistakes and how to overcome those is so necessary as well. Hope to see many more of these. Great videos!
The GoPro addition has really brought your video tutorials to a whole new level. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to that jump shot video. Take care!
Very good man! Thank you ✌🏽 Lots of work goes into these tutorials, your effort is appreciated. I played too much over last fall and have felt burned out a little this winter. Haven't been playing much. The times I have (lately I've been picking up the cue) I've played better than I did when I was playing daily. Sometimes a break is good. Gives you mind time to digest everything you've learned. My advice to anyone in a slump is to take a break for a few days maybe a week, maybe a month... Just know that your game fluctuates, and not to get down on yourself if things aren't 100 percent all the time.
Just want to thank you for your awesome videos. I recently got back to playing pool and your videos have helped me a lot. The use of the GoPro has given us another perspective on the gameplay. Keep up the good work man, truly awesome.
I was slow rolling and missing easy shots after watching the video I had stopped slow rolling gave more strength and follow thru my misses few in between thank you
I've been watching your videos for a long time, your content has always been great but now you took it to the next level with the overlays, graphics and GoPro. Thank you from Pittsburg.
Great videos! The combination of the line systems and go pro footage makes the visual aid that much better. Definitely on the front lines of training vids right now, keep up the great work!
What a great difference the go pro does. Your first shot to the 14 first seemed as a dead on stop shot. The go pro clearly showed it had an angle. Makes appreciating the effort and quality of your work 1000X better.
Hey whenever you’re asking us to review the table and come up with a plan, can you do a look around the table with the go-pro. It’s hard to see the angles from the side camera. Great content! Love you’re videos and have been showing them to my team members to help them improve (that and watching them myself to improve)
Super good series of videos. So well done. The fact that you are a really good player and know what you are talking about just backs up the excellent video and graphics.
You’re videos are the best bro! And they’re evolving and getting even better all the time. I check every day for new content. Keep it up. Please. Thanks!
You never hit any shot with much pace. It's great to see from your perspective what speed and English are used. I can see right away that I am putting entirely too much pace on the cue ball. Now I need to go back and practice your drills with your cue action in mind. Great video and great information !!
I really enjoy your go pro graphics; for me being able to see the hit on the cue is essential. Can you get a better view (closer) of the entire table sometimes with the lighting it’s hard to differentiate the specific balls you are shooting. I remind the beginning players that you should walk around the table when you have a more difficult shot and view the ball you are shooting from the pocket side of the shot. This does two important things; one it shows you exactly how much room you have when shooting down a rail or past another ball and most importantly it SLOWS you down so you don’t rush the shot. Look forward to your next video keep up the good work.
Awesome content as always. I’ve been practicing more and more, still don’t have nearly as smooth as stroke as you have but I’m getting there! Keep up the good work 🤙
Im really glad I subscribed to this channel, and I thought I'd add this perspective. Im a self taught player, and I'm actually pretty good. (This channel has improved my game a lot, thanks!) But when I say "pretty good," I should add that im an 8 Ball shooter, playing in bars and pubs. I say this because im almost always playing on old, pretty beat up tables, with pretty bad felts. I have to use lots of 'follow' shots, or 'stop' shots. Im usually able to get a bit of 'draw' when I need it, but you'd be surprised at how being limited like that will change your run out strategy! Just sayin!
You really can get pretty good at pool with just those few options, but your videos have really enhanced my position game, and (as you always say) thats a big advantage. Rave on Madman!
Great job. I love your GoPro approach. It is as close to hands-on instruction as you can get. A little more emphasis on the ball you going to shoot next would be great because if watching on a cell phone screen it is a little hard to determine which ball is which. I love your videos! Thank you!! Alex
Great videos. I immediately realized that I use way too much English. One of my bad habits is to miss easy shots when I do not compensate enough for spin induced throw. It seems I should be applying far less spin.
If you do a video about jump shots, could you focus a little bit on the stance and how to keep balance as well as sighting and aiming? I've been practicing jump shots lately and been struggling with those. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work! Your videos have improved my game in a big margin!
I really like your videos. You explain the physics, which most people don't think of when creating a shot... they just aim to pot a ball. I have a practice game I invented that would fit well with your explanations. If you would like to review it, I could email the PDF rules to you.
I'ma pretty good player slightly above average and last couple days I've been missing shots accidentally hitting in 8 and losing alot of games and tournaments how can my game just go away and then come back sometime?
I absolutely love your videos. The editing and effects are by far the best i've seen on youtube. Well done man. First time i've ever seen a go pro used. Where did you mount it?
Brilliant series! Thanks a lot! BTW, I know you're trying to work on improving your English (no pun intended) so, let me suggest writing "consider leaving a like" or "consider subscribing" instead of "consider to leave a like", etc. Oh, you also said you're trying to say "video" with less of a 'weh' sound. Try putting your front teeth on your bottom lip and also try saying the word "fit' and then combine 'fit-eo'. Might help 😊
Thank you! The tip for "video" works great. Let's see if I can pull it off in the next wideo, eh video. I am actually considering taking English classes again, because I think my English in general and pronounciation are the weakest parts of my videos.
@@Sharivari your English is fantastic. Your English is better than some native English speaking youtubers! Oh, the first part of your comment, btw. Try saying "I'm considering taking English lessons". That would be better. You'll get the hang of it must faster than me getting better 8 ball positioning haha. Keep up the great work!!
I noticed you're adding english to shots where the cue ball doesn't contact a rail after like the shot at 7:11 or 8:51. Is this intentional to reduce throw? Do you find doing this to be more consistent then a center ball hit?
Just a question, I heard planning the 10ball into the corner pocket not an easy side pocket which is what I usually observe in many pro games, why is it that pros usually ignore the side pocket?
Because from certain angles the corner pocket is bigger. Take the 10 from this video for example. If you play it into the corner you have a full pocket und even can hit the long rail first. But if you want to play it into the side, there is only a small opening (because of the angle) and you also can't hit a rail first.
Love the vids keep em rolling. Could you do a video on playing on a barbox? I feel it's night and day playing on barbox (which I struggle controlling the cue ball) compared to like a diamond table or most 8-9 footers. Like so many...am an APA player and barbox I just can't stay consistent due to being able to navigate around the table or avoid scratching due to a smaller area
Spurs 2K20 APA is the butt of jokes all across the world. You proved my point and it’s on of the reasons why pool on the USA has crashed so hard. Mini tables, made up rules that go against global sanctioned rules etc...
I already loved your GoPro vids, but these graphics showing the pot and cue ball lines has taken it to the next level. Keep the uploads coming! Cheers from Spain.
yeah, using graphic to explain the change of position of the cue ball after adding a cue tip of left english was amazing. Best pool series on youtube
