- BONUS VIDEO 🌟 in this bonus video I’m going to give my kitchen a deep clean in preparation for hosting the family for Easter Brunch.
I’m going to deep clean my stove top, my microwave, my kitchen sink, wash the rugs, mop and clean all of the woodwork in my Kitchen.

I totally understand the love and loss for a fur baby! My cat loved playing with hair elastics. Several years ago while cleaning the laundry room, I found his stash under the washer and dryer! It brought back a flood of memories 😻

@@jodidunnmymessylife1847the day we were going to cremate our dog, I actually took scissors and cut off some of the dog's fur and then I put the fur in an old transparent glass jar, and it's almost 2 years since we had to euthanize the little doggie. And I don't regret for a second that I cut off some fur, rather I'm glad I did

I’m hosting Easter dinner. Been cleaning and decluttering for last few days. I fixed my ham today. Baking a pineapple upside down cake. Have a fruit salad to make. Church in the morning then everyone comes about 2
Heating up a cup of water in micro is not just strictly for loosening stuck on food. It also acts as a sanitizer as if you were using your steamer on it. So I would do it and let it run while you are doing another 5 min task. The lemon really makes it smell good and helps with sanitizing. 👍
I'm hosting Easter tomorrow so I'm relaxing a bit before I bake bread and a carrot cake. Next week I'm going to organize all the family photos.....a huge project.
For your stove burners, it's a liquid polish not paint to rejuvenate the burners. Just look up liquid stove polish.

Just came home with groceries for Easter dinner. A few things to pick up tomorrow, and bake my coconut cake. Yes, family coming for dinner Sunday. I so look forward to having so many together.
We have ceiling vents. When we had our home remodeled a few years ago, we painted the vents the same color as the ceiling. They are now due for another coat of paint. Then they are less noticeable.
Hi Jodi! I feel you on the mopping thing. I only mop with my ocedar spin mop once a mop but I bought the ocedar spray mop to use in between, game changer. Now I quick mop more often, really easy to use.

Jodi, I love your content and your channel. I believe the stuff they’re talking about is not paint, it’s more like an oil for those types burners. I don’t know if you watch Auri,s channel, but she uses it all the time on her stoves, she cleans, it literally makes them look brand new.
I use Swifter moist floor pads and mop to clean my walls. Even the ceilings. Works great for me.

i totally understand about the finding things from a loved one. my mom passed away not too long ago and before that our 1st dog passed away about 7 years ago. so going through my moms things, i would find old treats in the pockets of her pants from our first dog. it was hilarious but also makes u miss them.

I had family here for Easter lunch . I made leg of lamb and served with greenbeans and potatoes. For dessert i made lemon marengs pie and a lemon fromage. Something like a putting with cream and lemon and egg yokes .soo delicious. We use to paint eggs and have contests who have the nicest egge. Have a blessed day.

Hi Jodi! I am hosting Easter and having my granddaughter’s birthday party which falls on the same day. The pain has increased greatly in my bum knee and on three painkillers a day. They are mild so I am still mentally alert to care for my granddaughter. So I was trying to figure out how to clean my house well and another cleaning video person had her video sponsored by a national cleaning company which she said did great work and had great reviews but my fault for signing up for an unbelievable voucher-$19 for 3 hours without reading the fine print in the lengthy Terms and Conditions or reading unbiased reviews. After your first cleaning you are on the hook for a ‘membership’ for 6 months at $49 per months and then they charge for appointment fees and the cleaner sets her own wages so in the end I have no idea what the final price is. If you want to terminate the contract you pay about $250-300. I cancelled 2 hours before the guy came and got a new credit card so I think I’m ok but I can’t believe I was so close to disaster. I’m sure many people are like me, newly disabled and trying to figure out how to get everyday tasks done. I have been in pain 24/7 for six months and will have total knee replacement surgery in mid June when I guess the real pain begins.😳 I was trying to build up my muscles around the knee but the MRI showed bone necrosis which must be removed or it will spread. Still doing exercises and losing weight! I have lost 40 pounds since December through intermittent fasting.

Hello love a bonus video. We get the same little spots from our 2 dogs shaking. Wipes off easy, reminds me of the kids sticky handprints. All grown up now 33,30,24,21. I have been cleaning my walls with Zep Wall Cleaner and a microfiber cloth. I really like the Zep Wall Cleaner. It doesn't leave a residue.

As for my family and I its just the three of us, my husband, me and my son, Matt. I'm making a ham with clove and pineapple, peas, and my sons famous mashed potatoes, lol He makes them Easter and Thanksgiving. We have HOT CROSS BUNS and Apple crumb pie with whipped topping for dessert.

Hi Jodi, watching again. I always clean my microwave that way. I use the cup of water in the microwave. I usually wait another 5 minutes or so after it kicks off, then i wipe it out with paper towels. Makes it easy. Only thing i remember saying, was "whatever ". Happy Easter! God Bless.

When I was about 10, I went to a horse riding school for lessons. One day when I got home, I was telling my sister about the horse that was pigrooting. Perhaps they are talking about the stuff Aurikatarina uses on those stoves, it makes the burners look like new. I tried to find it on line but only saw the Finnish one she uses and don't know how to get it.

It might have got sucked from the laundry room vent thru into that one. But also if you put a dryer sheet in there the air that comes thru will smell good. It covers up the odor from your pets food or whatever else. It also collects dust like a filter. So it's a good idea. I would change it once a month. 👍

OMG Jodie this has been a week!! My brother had a pipe burst in his apartment. So I had to go rescue him! It has been a whole ordeal and I feel so bad for him. He lost most of his stuff. But for Easter. I am going over to my grandmas for lunch. And my fiancés family for dinner!b

Oh. And I don't ever remember hearing you say that your cat gets into any plants. I just thought about this when I saw your lily (which is so pretty). I think lilies are toxic to cats if they eat them. A lot of house plants too. It doesn't seem like Tom is interested in your's though. Like mine. And one of ny cats killed a plant of mine once but only because he was digging all the dirt out!! Dang cat. It was one of my favorite plants. A prayer plant.

I absolutely love your videos! Always get me motivated and now I’m going to have to check out our registers in our house and I’m scared!🙈also careful with the lilies they are very poisonous to pets. Even the pollen if it gets on their fur can cause serious conditions and/or death. I had no idea and recently saw a poster at our vet warning of Easter lilies.

Hi Jodi👋 I did a portion of my kitchen that's never been able to clean. Mr. Klean clean freak took it all off. Then found out dryer outlet was burnt along with the hose. Wasn't my dryer. Whew. Working again today. Landlord replaced the outlet yesterday. Woo hoo!!!

Yes. I know what you mean about things smelling fresher. It's the absence of what we've gradually grown used to smelling as it builds up.
My back porch is now 3' walkway cleaned out. Needs mopping but no more cobwebs, wasp nests or old newspapers collecting the damp from rain "leakage".
