We 13% of the population and we are responsible for 50% of the crimes in American. I am concerned that 62% of black children are raised by single mothers with not role model fathers at home. You wrote all that dissertation without addressing the root cause. Failed black male leadership and insidous redlining racism. I totally agree. In December, I was in Sierra Leone. I got sick and went to the hospital and while waiting I heard a man from India belittling a male receptionist. An elderly Africam male stepped in and told him he shouldn't treat the receptionist that way, which prompted the the Indian to turn on him. He was talking down to him and none of the other Africans said anything, just looking. So I chimed in. I told the man that he was in someone elses country belittling and disrespecting the elderly. He said "I was not talking to me and I said, "but I'm talking to you, these are are MEN, and the same God that made you made them and you should give them the respect you want to be given. By now, all were watching the situation and the Indian said nothing else. Later I saw him leaving the hospital with his family while making long eye contact with me, he still said NOTHING. 4:34

I'm a travel professional. When you visit another country, showing respect for the local people and culture is a fundamental must. This is what you do - always. And respect their laws too.
