Those panels under the car is for aerodynamics, reduces turbulence under the car for streamlining and better gas mileage. Lots of high end sports cars/ super cars/ road racing cars have those panels for a reason. I would cut them to go around the bars and put them back on. In my opinion anyways.
My cousin with the unmodified Lexus 2is doesn’t want to mod his beautiful car! Like okay I get it he’s one of those people that loves to save money and invest but have fun with your car bro! He did tint his windows however. It’s a start ! Anyhow just showing my support, keep up the awesome work
It was all good until I saw the panel part. Almost not worth putting this part if I cant put back the panels without cutting. I dont want my car chopped to pieces incase I want to sell it for a good price.

It's nice, I think it'll be beneficial if you're tracking your car. Now you have to worry about scraping the brace while you drive.

I’d thrown on some 20 mil spacers on the wheels the fitment would be much better
