a banshee run would've been awesome! As much as I love the warthog, the landing zone was too cramped (plus the brutes and flood somehow flipped the hog to the point where it was under that ramp, so I had a tough time getting out)
@@MegaPikachu5 especially when the halo 2 cut warthog run is just kinda... there. it doesn't have the same emotional impact and spectacle as halo ce or 3. halo 2 already has enough memorable setpieces as it is
Imo I'm kinda glad this was cut. Like what others said, having a warthog run just fot the first and third games made them hit harder, Also I think having the end of the game focus on Arbiter is a cool decision, Halo 2 was pretty much Arbiters game to begin with. The actual run itself looks kinda boring too.

I love the idea, but i love more the original halo 2 final, its basically a coppy of the Halo CE one, glad the take the idea back on Halo 3.

Is this wholely original or is this using like unused map geometry that was scrapped cuz the game was rushed but still remained in the files?
im fairly certain this was based on old geometry; i think generalkidd did a video on it a while back
