If you put the juniors in charge of it, you have a handy scapegoat. They should know by now to hire experienced workers, but maybe they couldn't find anyone to take those positions? Regardless, much like the revolving door of staff which showed smoke plumes well before the media articles exposed the fire, the "charity" continually having these sorts of issues means it's possible we'll be seeing the flames from that side at some point.

I would presume so, but the alternate wouldn’t be great either. It’s the grift of wealthy people. They use these foundations to get government grants etc. they then exploit the rules in Delaware that allows a huge % of the funds to be ‘used’ for wages and expenses . Look at what the Pat Tillman scandal revealed about their spending.
They could have *borrowed* it thinking if they were found out they could repay it from harrys inheritance. If it has been showed as paid in then I fail to see how it could fail to be registered. Dont they have to do a monthly bank statement reconciliation? It may have been put in the wrong place but surely it wouls still have shown.even if in the wrong place!

Similar to the protection given to Harry concerning his visa. Is the IRS providing leeway to Harry the priveledged Prince? I remember years ago the HM tax office told me I owed £43.50 from the previous year, they stated they would take the amount owed in 12 extra payments over the next tax year. Its extremely odd the £43.50 shortage was of importance to HM tax dept. but $4m missing from IRS tax return is given extra time to find an excuse.
