  • A lineman’s duty is to keep defenders at bay with explosive blocks and a balanced wall of pressure. Learn to dig deep and remain stable with a proper three-point stance.

It's almost identical to the defensive lineman's 3 point stance but the defensive linemen lines his hand up with his back foot, is this the same case or should offensive line have his hand in the center ?

I was actually question and saying “I was teaching them wrong” by a different coach but how I do it is explained the a offense and defensive stance is different. You want more pressure and almost like a splinter in defense stance where as a o line man you don’t want that pressure and want keep your feet chopping so your in a wider base

Doesnt matter. Difference between o-line and d-line is the weight distribution. D linemen always go forward so they are front havey. Offensive linemen have to pass protect and run block so they have flat feet and more balanced weight through center mass.
