i looked at the trello and apparently the 7:3 Strike only lowers defense if u use a Ratio technique move (unless ur just using it for the damage and not the debuff)
I don’t think the halo is that bad cus if you summon rika and use divergent fist atleast for the build that I got rn im doing like 120 per hit if you add black flashes into it you can prob do atleast 2000dmg before getting someone off a combo
