Sir very informative video, thank you. Sir, I am facing a problem in my gypsy bs3 mpfi. Their is vibration when the car is running between the speed of about 40 to 50 kmph. Once we reach the speed of 60 kmph or above ,the vibration completely stops. Vibration occurs again while coming down from 60 kmph. What all to be checked.
Army Gypsy transfer case - 75W-90, GL4 Otherwise 80W-90 mineral oil from Shell, Motul, Idemitsu etc should work well. However, Ecstar ( Made in Japan ) 75W-90 is the best. Sadly, impossible to find in India. 140 grade may be too thick for the application, Bhai ji.

Yes it also damage bearings intermediate shaft,also increased sound level , thick oil dump sound level also well lubrication

Recommend gear oil EP 90 I use 140 just to check gearbox sound level and dumped vibration or not
How is the response with 140 ?
More viscose oil dump sound and little bit vibration but also increase temperature of gear box
