擴展四梵住
Suffusion with the Divine Abidings
Leader:
Handa mayaṃ Brahmavihārapharaṇā karoma se:
领者：
现在让我们来擴展四梵住 (四無量心)
Let us now make the suffusion with the Divine Abidings.
All: Mettā (Loving-kindness)
sabbe sattā averā hontu, abyāpajjhā hontu,
anīghā hontu, sukhī attānaṃ pariharantu.
众人： Mettā(慈)
一切众生: 愿他们心中沒有仇怨、
沒有憎恨、沒有恼害。
愿他们守护自已的安乐。
All beings, may they be freed of enmity, May they be freed from
ill-treatment, May they be freed from hatred,
May they protect their own happiness.

Karuṇā (Compassion)
sabbe sattā albha pamuccantu
ayasā pamuccantu
nindā pamuccantu dukkhā pamuccantu.
Karuṇā (悲)
一切众生: 愿他们免除损失、
免除孤寂、免除责备、免除苦难。
All beings, may they be free from loss, free from obscurity, Free from blame, free from suffering.

Muditā (Sympathetic Joy)
sabbe sattā ma laddhasampattito vigacchantu mā laddhayasato vigacchantu
mā laddhapasanisato vigacchantu mā laddhasukha vigacchantu.
All beings, may they not be parted from the wealth,
(喜)
一切眾生: 愿他們財富享用不尽、
尊贵为人所敬、名誉远播不绝、常住於安乐中。
May they not be parted from the dignity, may they not be parted from the praise, May they not be parted from the happiness obtained by them.

Upekkhā (Equanimity)
sabbe sattā kammassakā kammadāyādā kammayonī kammabandhū kammapaṭisaraṇā yaṃ kammaṃ karissanti kalyānaṃ vā pāpakaṃ vā tassa
dāyādā bhavissanti.
Upekkhā (捨)
一切众生: 受业感生 為业子嗣
业依附处 业患生处 业所归处
故当承受 过去所造 一切善惡之业。
All beings are the owners of their deed, heirs to their deed,born of their deed, related to their deed, abide supported by their deed, whatever deed they will do, for good or for evil of that they will be their heirs.
