The funniest thing in this episode is that Charlie said that in the scene where the Punisher talks about his family and Daredevil has a tear under his mask. Honestly, I think this impression is wrong. Violence and gore are really not the focus of the series. It's just what eggy 16 year olds are most excited about when they're trying to prove they're grown up. This is what makes me roll my eyes when in discussions about Disney Plus series the same people complain that there isn't enough blood or something. Lots of blood isn't what made this series so great, it's the writing, the plot and the characters. These are the things at the center of it.
I need to ask a question: there’s an uncomming show called Daredevil reborn or something right? And the wiki says it’s a STANDALONE sequel to this show. Um what does that mean?😅 will the past get referenced? Considering Kingpin was in Hawkeye and Daredevil cameoed in no way home. I need clarification 😅
It's called "Daredevil Born Again" which is the name of the most popular Daredevil comic whose plot was partially adapted in season 3 (Fiske learns Daredevil's secret identity and shakes his life, Matt's mother is the nurse Maggie, Karen is a drug addict) For now, nothing is known about the series except that it will have 18 episodes and Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio are returning. It is not known if Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson (who played Keren and Foggy) are returning, or any other cast members from the original series, or its continuity to the Netflix series. I think the best solution would be for the series to be a soft reboot. Have the series open in on the day-to-day life of the law firm "Nelson Murdock & Page" , and give a starting point to new viewers who would not have to see the original series to understand this, but there would still be continuity from the original series without Lean on it too much.
