This home is so cute! I love colorful builds. Build idea: residential rental complex for a group of single young adults. I'm imagining the sims who live there all have different careers, and meet up in shared areas like a pool, bar area, gym.
Would love to see your take on a romantic park to place in ciudad enamorada. I think movie hangout would make a great pack for it as well as little campers
This is such a pretty house! I am not Mexican but here in Puerto Rico we have many similar styles of houses. Especially the tike floors. Here we use a lot of Terrazzo flooring it's very pretty. Anyway love this build.
you're the number 1 simmer i entrust with this suggestion, so here goes: could you build a house for a polyamorous relationship? maybe a throuple or a polycule, not sure, but i haven't seen any of it yet and feel like it would be very nice with lovestruck!

I’m not from Mexico but this house looks so much like a lot of homes I’ve seen growing up in Latin America, you’ve really nailed the aesthetic, with the tile floors throughout the house, the mix of modern and more traditional furnitures, etc!
I don't even play The Sims anymore. I owned some of the packs on PS4, then I built a PC, and...not only do I not want to repurchase packs I already had for PS4, there's just too many packs in general and I can't justify the money. But I never miss a Gryphi video! Your builds are so good!
A fantastic build as always! I love the cozy family homes, and I can't wait to get this expansion pack! Hopefully I can snag it for my birthday. As for a build idea: I think it would be very cool to have a ranch-type build that was able to house all of the animals in game, from the majestic horses to the tiny adventurous hamster! :)
This build is so cute! You’re making me want to download this pack and this house. The decor does remind me a little of Mexico city, I would change some things to make it even more like mexico city houses but I guess it’s more like an americanized version of it.
maybe my suggestion for one of the apartments is a colorful (warm toned like the bedroom with the lesbian flag) apartment for a councilor taht works with teens. they like them very much and think they're cool and it also translates well in their home. i hope this would be included :3

Love the build! I was wondering how much you actually do gameplay and make sims for your builds for fun? Or do you focus more on building most of the time? I also have a question about the discover university pack. I thought I could use the elevators from the pack for my own built apartments but when I search for the elevators in build mode I cant find them. Do you know if they are functional to build with? Do they only work for penthouses?
i really love your builds, i think you're extremely entertaining to listen to and very creative, and you're one of my favorite youtubers! i've hesitated to say this because i don't want to give criticism to someone i admire, but this has just been making me uncomfortable for awhile so i wanted to say something. when you have a room that's a specific color theme, then you add a matching pride flag it really makes me feel badly, especially when i'm a member of the group you're representing. i know you're also lgbt+ (or at least, i think i've remembered you saying you were), which was another reason i didn't want to say anything. but when you do this it makes it feel like either A) being that identity is a disproportionate part of the sim's identity or B) the flag is a decor piece and not a signal of identity. both of which don't sit right. i know that some people in real life do decorate their spaces to be very pride representative, but doing this is something you do a lot. i wish you added flags in spaces that didn't immediately jump out as being pride, or at least added them to color themed rooms less

However, I did it on purpose in this build. I have recently been receiving an influx of anti-lgbt (specifically anti-lesbian) comments and thus I wanted to create an overly LGBT pride bedroom. I do identify as LGBTQIA+ and want to make sure I always have representation on the channel. Each person and sim has a different way to express that and I like to include pride flags in teen rooms as I find it realistic. The color scheme was because of the bed haha.
