it's a cursed game, you will always get a good run after week long break. at least 1 of the first 3 runs for that day will be massive gamebreak, then you will get junk items run nonstop. the game will try to suck you into cycle of pain and misery, only way to get out is to cut out like a tumor. I was able to stop playing dota 2 like this but I am still addicted to isaac, these tuber highlights are like nicotine patch for me.
that luck is out of this world i have never witnessed that absolute destruction on ultra greed and note he didnt get a few damage multipliers like crickets head, immaculate heart and probably a few more but imagen how much that would do if you got both along side all that

you can bomb the angel statue and spindown the key piece 1 into Death's Touch. that's the only spindown tip I know
