This is the best Andy no doubt. In other games he is like a bad shoto. Hishouken has very limited range and his DP is quite lacking in both hitbox and invincibility. He kind of needs the rush down tools in 01/02 to stay competitive. In most SNK games he is like a bad Kensou which is sad.

I play with Andy since Fatal Fury 2, I've always been your big fan, but i i've never conformed with the his kof97's version it's been so weak!
