@IneseUK you'll have to log into the Taobao app on your phone by selecting log in via alipay option. Then you should be able to log in. Without alipay you can't use taobao, unless you use a 3rd party like us.

Unless you register for alipay tourcard in the alipay app, that is the exception.

Did you log in linked with alipay tourpass? Otherwise, you are at risk of restriction. Try contacting alipay customer service.
