I can't believe that you don't need to kill eggman in this level and you only need to get to the dry zone in order to finish the level. I died constantly because I couldn't hit him enough times before he floated away.
The mobile app version doesn’t give you nearly as much underwater time when you’re climbing up those steps. And if you miss the floating boxes at the final lamppost, the water doesn’t come back down. Your only option is to drown and restart the level. Man, it gets to a point where it’s just not fun.
I hate having to repeat the whole damn level right before boss fight. Why couldn't they save right before boss fight and give you atleast 20 rings and a shield so you could survive 2 hits before you die.

What a hell of level. No rings before the boss and the first part was impossible to pass without a guide. At least i completed it

There is a another way that is way easier and shorter that is where you don’t do this at 0:46 you just let it fall with you on it and it’s much easier
thats how I died, I ran out of rings and hit the little spike part in 4:19

Bruh there is a water fall if you go there the water resets
you can go to the left and the water goes down
That’s false the floating boxes do come back down, you just gotta run back to the other end

my older cousin helped me with this level, couldnt do it as a kid and lost 9972764 times back in the 90s.
This is one of the hardest water levels in video game history. For the boss, the key is not to kill him but trying not to drown.

In original there are 6 chaos emeralds but in the mobile versions there are 7 chaos emeralds
