    I feel like more people on TH-cam should wear their fro without "defining" it. So many people are trying to "define" their hair it's made a standard in the natural hair community. That's why seeing you just rock your fro without a braid out or twist out makes me happy. I feel like it's more realistic. I feel like more people would be natural if they didn't feel like they had to have that "look" of "defined curly" hair all the time. Because sometimes it's difficult to do. A lot of people I know don't want to go natural because they don't have "that" hair or the time to make their hair look defined. I really feel like it would take the pressure off a lot of people if more people just rocked a fro. I really think there is a standard in the natural hair community. And I'm not saying all the time just sometimes. Bc people are really pulling away from this.

    “Latte” is the Italian word for “milk”. Because “cafe latte” has been shortened to a “latte” we think of coffee, but it’s actually referring to adding milk/cream.

    I went natural five years ago and have 4C, low porosity, protein sensitive hair. Let me tell you, NOTHING was able to moisturize my hair and keep it moisturized like the honey leave in. I'm thinking of raiding every hair product store to never run out. I finally feel with certainty like I'll be able to grow my 'fro out without it breaking because any gains I would make were lost to breakage. I've never been more optimistic about my hair being healthy from here on in. HIGHLY recommend it, specifically for low-porosity hair.

    I thought honey was step one, latte step two, and the tea oil is step three...

  • @NaturalRawEssence
    @NaturalRawEssence 5 ปีที่แล้ว +20

    You can use the oil in the L.O.C method. Just add the honey after washing then add the oil then add the latte cream to seal in the oil. I believe the line was created to be used together even though you can use it any way you like.

    I remember seeing other review videos on these 3 Camille products. I want to try these leave in conditioners. Leave in conditioners are my favorite to use in my hair! I use organic honey in my hair all the time, I mix it with mayo as a mask. There is comment that said something about how they love how you wear your hair undefined. I love it too, you just wear your afro all out and rock it on every video. That's rare to see on TH-cam because every natural is always "defining" their curls and coils. I actually like the undefined natural afro look better than constantly seeing all these curls all the time. Wish more naturals were more like you, but you can't win em all lol.

    I have all three of these. The Latte reminds me of a marshmallow fluff. Latte the foam on the coffee. Oils I only mainly use for my scalp and my ends. I love to use them before wash my hair as a hot oil treatment. I love all three and to me they habe a very sweet vanilla smell or like a kettlecorn smell. All I know is that the bees are xomeing for me this year. LOL. I have their rice water spray. My hair hasent been this shiny since my last hair trim

    Latte=milk, optiphen=preservative. I also can't stand greasy hair, that's why I divorced oils and butters but we got back together a few weeks ago lol. The key is to actually use a dime size not 2 dollars like you said 🤣🤣🤣 or maybe greaseless formula like Melanin haircare oil (no they did not pay me to say that lol). I remember a time where I used to leave an oil trail everywhere (couch, phone, pillow, ex boyfriend...) like fingerprints in a sloppy murder crime scene...😑...smh.

    Sharmaine- Gurlllllll....I am so glad you tried to Moringa Hair products by Mane collection (or was it Mane collection😕)! I'm in love with Moringa Oil Spray! It keeps my hair MOISTURIZE!!!! Since I have a bunch of grease...and the Mane collection is very pricey for me...I will stick to my old school grease😉😉😉! However, I will definitely definitely try it in the future!!!How much do you wait(elapse) until you try another product? I think the Mane Moringa collection and the current collection you are trying is for high porosity hair (like mines that CONSTANTLY needs moisture)!!!

    Ha! You're not supposed to use oils and butters the same way that you use something with water. The amount you put in your hair is exactly what you're gonna be stuck with. There's no water in it, so there is nothing to evaporate/dry. I usually use a dime-sized amount of oil/butter for each 4 quadrants of hair (midback length, medium density). And that is a generous amount of oil.

    Using the honey leave in, I feel like after my hair has dried, my hair feels good. The part I have a problem with is the application part. It doesn't feel like it's soaking into my hair. It feels like there's a lot of resistance and it's not easy to really detangle with it. Maybe I should try the latte one 🤔

    Wow co-wash everyday? Bless you! Lol I could not...maybe in the summer but I guess if I did wash and go’s I would wash my hair more often.
    Personally my hair gets way too tangled with wash and go’s since it’s basically in an Afro-ish state. It’s hard to maintain. I’ve only done it maybe 3 times and that was back in the fall.

    Joy el boo boo! Guurlll...I think you put waaaay too much of the oil in your hair if the video is your application amount. That's why it was so greasy and runny. As a sealant you just rub your hands with a little and then rub your hands in your hair. As a scalp treatment you need to put a little in your scalp and massage your scalp with your fingers.

    Okay, I HATE the "Latte" it sucks! it left a ashy residue/white cast on my hair when i did a twist out. my hair is a frizzy 3c/3b and normal porosity. It does nothing for my hair in terms of hold or moisture. it was gross. Now, the "honey" is good, but it takes FOREVER to dry! and is kinda too greasy.....this collection gets a 3 out of 10. i'm not even gonna bother trying the 3rd thing
