I agree with some of your points. There is nothing wrong with casual dating and dating multiple people...IF you play by the rules. If you are going to date multiple people at the same time, it is only right that you come clean and let the person know you are dating other people at the same time. The reason behind casually dating multiple people is so that you find the person you connect with the most and once you do, you expand from there. People tend to abuse the situation...if by the first few dates you don't know if the person is the one you want to exclusive date then be honest and let the person go...because at that point you're just leading the person on and makes you look like a douche :)
I agree, hang out, have fun, and possibly hook out. People need to go out and have fun and get to know each other and experience other people before they decide if they want to choose each other. I feel like their relationship will be stronger after that :)

Whenever I am dating a girl , actually not dating but talking to a from a long time , don't know why but some other guy takes that girl . I know its funny but true in my case but I still agree to your point of view because its a gentleman's style.

I totally agree man. I met a girl when I turned 21, was only the third girl I ever dated. It didn't work out initially and there were some ill feelings on both sides but we remained friends. Eventually she became my best friend helping me through relationships and vice versa. Fast forward almost 7 years and we are on the beach in San Diego getting married. She was the one, but i only found out because I DATED!
