The content may be good, but the presentation is so difficult to listen to and unengaging that I gave up.
Agreed John. Difficult to stay focused when a tutorial is rushed through like this.
Its just so impossoible to add a new custom filed such as a phone number I am lived with this
You have skipped the steps to existing accounts to show the report format.. Should have shown the steps to create the account adding the contacts design the template. step by step
Terrible. I gave up the will to live after the first three minutes!
