Glad to know 🙂, Stay tuned 👍
If there are two authors how can we write of both the names in first name and last name?
There is no need to put all author's names while checking, you can use the 1st Author name, Regards
Can I delete the Quick submit repository report??
Request Permanent Deletion, and the same will be deleted by Admin, if not follow up with the University Admin after you perform Request Permanent Deletion, Regards
Sir if in my document it shows 35% and my own paper shows 18 % so if I exclude my own papers how much will need to be the final plag %?
As per UGC: Level 0: Similarities upto 10% - Minor similarities, no penalty
After 14 words exclusion setting in turnitin it still shows plagiarism(colour) in some cases in 9 or 10 words, can you tell me is there any problem?
Not sure, few reasons: higher similarity, high similarity from a single source, repository storage etc..
Regards
Very informative video, You have explained it clearly, sir.
Thank you for this valuable information 🙏🙏
Thanks for this life saving video. My document shows 'et al' as plag. Can you help me with this..??
et al. May not fall under Plagiarism, it's such similar text and the report is similarity report, the evaluator must consider to exclude while evaluating, so no need to worry, or you may try excluding 14 words (take approval from supervisor) and may check such words may be excluded, Regards
Indeed a very valuable information for all the researchers n faculty members...
Many many thanks sir
Very Informative Sir.
The exclude icon doesn't appear in my account
The problem/topic is discussed here, request to watch it completely, Regards

Thanks and welcome🙂
excellent explanation Prof
Thanks sir for the info
Sir how to remove plagiarism from Footnotes
(1)Better not to put footnotes while checking and may use them after checking
or (2) put it in under double Quotation (if applicable/allowed), as Quoted materials can be excluded.
Regards
Good job Prof
Sir, one of my friend has checked her article on Turnitin non-repository account and it was 5 percent excluding bibliography but when checked in Urkund it was 11 percent. I am confused because I heard that if Turnitin detects less then in Urkund it will detect lesser compared to Turnitin. Can you please clarify it?
possible reason(s) (1) earlier papers/work which contain part of that article might have checked in Urkund and from Urkund repository that similarity overlapping showing, (2) Urkund can't exclude reference, so it might also increase similarity. Regards
@@eSupportforResearch Then what about Ph.D thesis Sir? There are footnotes and if footnotes are included the similarity level will be too high in Urkund. What should be the solution? And another question is that if after reducing the similarity level to 1 or 2 percent in Turnitin what will be the report in Urkund? Will it increase or decrease? Thank you Sir.
@@jenetngamlai2854 Remove ToC, Acknowledge, header/footer, references etc and check in case of thesis & stick to one platform as both coverage & algo is different, so u can't predict in some cases, Regards
@@eSupportforResearch The reason I asked this question is that Sir my university uses Urkund and I can't have access to it. I only have Turnitin to check my thesis so before final submission I just wanted to know how much percentage is possible to come out. Thank you so much Sir for your timely response and suggestions. 😊🙏
