She's already got 92% CR in-combat (Fu+Izumo+Diver), and ATK boots doesn't make a huge difference with Robin (already tried it). But hey, thanks for the response.
My dhil is way better than urs and i can only do it with 7 Cycles lmao. I suck ass. I think it comes down to my supports speed i cant get above 150 sparkle. Good job dude
Ah yeah, sub-160 SPD Sparkle would definitely slow you down a bit if you're not 0-cycling. I'd say, at least try to scrounge up a set for her that gets her over 160, even if you have to sacrifice CDMG and set bonuses for it. It feels like at least 2/3's of my support units nowadays have a Broken Keel set that they no longer get the 10% CDMG bonus from because I've been optimizing for speed and/or other stats.

try giving acheron atk boots and like 10% more crit rate even if you go down some crit dmg
