Is there anyway of doing this without the 22? Mine broke and wanted to make this as a baby shower gift and it wouldn’t be here in time for the party?

You would have to make a flat panel over 22 needles and then invisible stitch it up the side to make the tube.

I am sure that you can. I haven’t done it so I can’t be sure on loom sizes or row count etc.
maybe one day I will make it a loom project.
