great tutorial. Only question i have is, is there a way to fix the wall @4:11 that is warped so that when you apply wallpaper or a pattern (like brick) it remains seamless instead of stretched? I see on some of you tutorials you just use flat paint.
Unfortunately the only paint you can use on warped walls has to be flat paint. Unless you can find a mod somewhere. I have to clue as to where to find one but for now flat paint is the only real choice.

To build a double foundation, you can just use 'placefriezes on' in the cheat console. Otherwise, nice tutorial.
