I like the purple box more. The luffys that you highlight are apart of the Ichiban kuji and the Luffy looking at you is the "Last One" in which when there is no prizes to be won and you purchase the last Ichiban kuji ticket, the konbini will give you the "last one" prize along with whatever you won with the ticket.

You are probably new to SH Figuarts. Kaidou is the biggest and most expensive for the One Piece line, but I believe the actual biggest and most expensive SHF is Porunga from DBZ, at about 28,600 yen (tax included). Kaidou is 26,400 yen (with tax) so that's a discounted price at the store.
Are there plenty of these in stock in japan? I go in 2 weeks? I cant wait!!

those two luffy figs are a bit diff actually.. those are from ichiban kuji lottery.. purple box is the A prize, yellow is the Last one prize.. u have to pick a ticket for 700 yen and get prizes by luck.. but u only get the last one if u got all the other prizes first.. thats why it costs more..
plus every line up's last one has something diff.. sometimes it got diff pose or shiny painting and sometimes last one will be completely diff character..
The DLC Luffy face is from when kaido knocked out Luffy. I think it works for both his first fight and the fight before he achieved GEAR 5.

My issue with recent SH Figuarts figures is their fragility; the joints are too soft. I recently purchased a Guts figure from Berserk, and I struggle to make him stand or change his pose without accidentally detaching a hand..

I don't know if Yamato is a half breed. But it could be because of the gender (born body) of her species that she/he is only half as tall as Kaido in both the story and in figure form. I'm not being sexist. It could just be the case for Kaido's race/tribe.
