I have been learning to play this wonderful instrument for the last few months. Granted, mine is a very non-exotic Remo 22-inch, but I think it sounds very good. It's been a challenge to play at this level tho -- I personally find traditional left-hand positioning very uncomfortable and have, for now, found that I play better with the drum below me, both hands facing down. Still not at Andrey's level tho -- look at the people in the background: they have been completely swept away by the magic of what their ears are saying to them in this moment.
I love your style my friend! I play drums too and would love to get a frame drum just like this! I really admire the size and quality of your drum and I was wondering if this was a certain style of frame drum or what? I saw that its a David Roman 32 in frame drum but his site didn't seem to sell it? Hoping you can help me out, I would deeply appreciate it, thank you. Happy drumming!
Very practical instrument - nice for travelling! :D

Замечательно.
Если можете, подскажите какой микрофон и усилитель можно использовать для рамочного Remo 22?

Hello Larissa - these drums are usually called gathering drums. Maybe you will find it by looking for that expression.
