Yeah, the black population might be in the teens, but the dems know they need that percentage in order to win. I still think they matter, and their vote is important. It's important they get their voice heard too! As far as the Crack heads drug addicted and the slots, well, I think there are far more, and I mean by far on the left side, then the right!
