I don't think he is a legend,he's been in Formula 2 for a long time for sure,but probably "legend" is not correct. If you think well,nobody would consider Nissany a F2 legend,because his result were not that amazing.Maybe Verschoor could be considered one of the most representative driver if he will become the driver with the most races,more than Ralph Boschung.
