    War is also a business. People in the government, and the corporations that make the weapons, are the ones that win with a proxy war.

      @Norg1 Wtf is this bs. We were neutral, now look look what this neutrality got us. Fighting alone against one of the most powerful counties. Ukraine is not Switzerland, we dont have moutains on all sides that can result in insanely harsh conditions for atackers and turn their logistics Into absolute hell. We also dont have all the money in the world. We are like Poland - flat land on all sides, easy to roll tanks across. No firmly strong economy, and powerful country with many resources on the border. Countries like this should have backup/nukes/other guarantees.

      War has changed. It's no longer about nations, ideologies, or ethnicity. It's an endless series of proxy battles fought by mercenaries and machines. War - and its consumption of life - has become a well-oiled machine. War has changed. ID-tagged soldiers carry ID-tagged weapons, use ID-tagged gear. Nanomachines inside their bodies enhance and regulate their abilities. Genetic control. Information control. Emotion control. Battlefiled control. Everything is monitored and kept under control. War has changed. The age of deterrence has become the age of control...All in the name of averting catastrophe from weapons of mass destruction. And he who controls the battlefield...controls history. War has changed. When the battlefield is under total control...War becomes routine.

  • @nordhulfr
    @nordhulfr 17 วันที่ผ่านมา +9

    Ukraine war isn’t a typical example of proxy war. It is a local theatre of a global conflict between the American and Chinese blocks. The Russians have their troops “on the ground”, so to call it a proxy war you have to assume that 🇷🇺 acts only as a proxy for 🇨🇳, in a similar way 🇺🇦 is for the West. It is evolving in that direction and of course 🇷🇺 is the weaker partner, but we are not there yet.
