Very interesting and informative video. What I like the most is that you seem careful and delicate with those fine parts, specially in the intercooler and you use the correct product to clean either the electrical connections or for the engine cleaning product, degreaser and everything. I should try that on my Volvo c30. Thank you.
Good luck with hyundai accent blue vehicle Do you have a presser pad video can you help me I want to make it myself. I'll just take pictures of disassembly
@@DraftProject My vehicle's engine speed accelerates very well, but its agility has decreased. I need a detailed assembly video of the gearbox and pressure pad. I can remove all of the wheel shock absorber lower wishbone
I see but unfortunately, I'm sorry to tell that I don't have a video for that. If I get the opportunity, I may have done it. Sorry for that. Thank you for your support.
Unfortunately, I don't have that much info about this intercooler since the vehicle wasn't mine in the first place. Here is what I know about the intercooler. Brand: Apexi Inlet: 2.5 inches Outlet: 2.5 inches As far as I know, the owner bought it in a local tuning shop. I hope this helps. If I ever found the same type of intercooler on the internet, I will comment again here. Thanks and take care!
Yes. In the intercooler, oil tends to accumulate because most of the time, oil cannot escape inside the intercooler. One of the reasons why they needed to be cleaned at a specific period. If there is too much oil in the piping, that could indicate a worn out seal of a turbo.
Given the situation is pretty normal, it is best to maintain it's periodic maintenance like cleaning the intercooler, intake and EGR to prevent any buildup of oil and carbon deposits.
Leaking turbo can be fixed by replacing the seal inside. It is like a piston ring fitted on both sides of the shaft of the turbine. Others sell a repair kit for it.
Diesel is a good cleaner and remover of oil sludge. One of the ways to remove grease or sludge is to use oil too. Once it dries, it won't leave that much residue.
How about the turbo itself? Shouldn't also need to be cleaned? Also judging by your accent, are you from PH? By 'accent' I mean the word accent, not the car 😂

May I ask if the presser pad refers to the brake pads of the vehicle?

Sir, ano feedback mo sa BOV? Ok ba ?
Is the blow off valve a stock one?
Nope. It is an aftermarket BOV.
Is it natural to have oil drippings from the turbo intercooler?
Yes. In the intercooler, oil tends to accumulate because most of the time, oil cannot escape inside the intercooler. One of the reasons why they needed to be cleaned at a specific period.

@@DraftProject if the turbo seals or bushings are worn out that causes the oil leak.. it can be replaced? or I need to buy a new turbo?

That's a lot of solvent running all over the ground and ending up who knows where or in the ground water supply. Why not use a large container?
Sorry for that. Yeah, I will take that advice.
Diesel has oil in it why use that to clean

Nope. The turbo is only cleaned when it needs to be rebuilt. Other than that, nothing to worry about.
Yeah hahaha you got it. Thanks!
@@DraftProject this is definitely good to know. Thank you!
