Then he performed it with Jun and wrote a rap for it that talked about his feelings at the time. This made me FEEL things. Jun’s lines apparently represent his past self when he was feeling lost and Minghao’s lines represent the future that he will reach where he will be alright. Or something along those lines. Crazy in love: Also has an awesome choreography so check out that dance practice!

Highlight was the first performance unit song that wasn't recycled from predebut, its also Hoshi's first co composed song! The song was based of their feelings from their first Asia tour (like the Hiphop units Check in) It was a moment of growth towards their current sound as a unit ^^
‘Lean on me’ will always be in my top 3 Seventeen songs, it makes my heart melt every time I listen to it🥰 You should check out the ‘Check in’ MV it’s soo aesthetically pleasing~
Also Woozi wrote Smile Flower to express his feelings towards the other members, how he was scared that they would someday split in bad terms and he hoped that, no matter what happened in the future, they would always smile while thinking of each other 😢 When the other members first heard the song, they loved it so much they decided to put it in the album right away and extend the meaning to Carats as well

Don't wanna cry = *This is long beware* Break up, DWC is the first title track where seventeen says 'I love you' previously only using like or adore etc, and they blame their partner leaving on the fact that they didn't say 'I love you' while they were together thinking they expressed it enough through their actions but now regretting it. The spend the song denying the breakup saying they'll find their partner and explain that they love them or convince them to love them back so they don't want to cry as it means they've accepted that the break up happened. Halfway through the song they start having an inner battle on giving up and just crying or going out an finding them before accepting that next time they see their ex partner they won't cry suggesting that they've accepted the break up. Clap = Lifes got you down and everything is going wrong so dance scream and clap til your hands fall off -------------------> Interestingly another song called Without you was up for title track but Clap beat it. The other song fits between Don't wanna cry and Clap where they fully accept the break up and realize they need to mature After this the series is complete though Thanks can be included or not as its a fan song but its themes are similar to Without you but thanking their ex for the memories after maturing, while from the fan song perspective it thanks fans for the memories and sticking around through everything. Also after Going Seventeen (3rd mini) Seventeen started making their minis more cohesive with all the songs relating in some way whether it by lyrically or musically or tone wise so they don't just feel like random songs put together hence why if I and Don't wanna cry have a similar vibe

"How did their get so much better in such a short time" That's because their 1st full album Love&Letter (2016) makes the bridge between these 2 minis and their debut albums. In Love&Letter you can really tell that the production is overall improved (because they had more money to put into it, their agency was really struggling when they debuted Seventeen) and their music has matured.

I think what happened was sometimes I slightly get Hoshi and Woozi mixed up and so I saw Hoshi and just assumed my brain was wrong and that it was actually Woozi???? lol idk but yeah I know the units well but suddenly having to remember everyone's name, face, and what unit they're in is a lot sometimes. To answer your questions : - you can read "Al1" album as "All / All one / Al(one)" lol because that Vernon's idea to come up with album name. We tend to call it "All one" though. - The song where every member are aggressive is "Getting Closer". "Good to me" is also in a sexy and kinda aggressive song, and "Fast Pace" live performance is total a sensual song to watch. Anyway, "Who" is just RUDE for me, it's way too much lollllll

YOU ARE NOT READY TO WATCH THEIR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SONG. it's so dangerous. they performed it a few times. one on their fansign, and personally, their outfits there is my favorite out of all who performances. and the fancams are clear and some of the best from who performances. unfortunately, they didn't perform the full version of the song there and there are no full team fancam, just individual fancams. another time they performed it was on kbs music festival 2017, i think that's what the program name was? they shot the full team on broadcast. unfortunately, they also didn't perform the full version here and minghao wasn't there due to an injury. the camera work also wasn't the best and the performance wasn't captured properly (imo). there are individual fancams of this performance, but i still prefer the fansign ones view wise. they also performed this song on their concert, but yeah... the fancams aren't the best if compared to the others. i still love to comeback to who's performance sometimes, and i always comeback to the fansign ones, although it's only like not even half of the song. but that's the one i'd recommend to you. it's okay though if you decide to check out the broadcasted one, it's still good, just not the best camera work and not my personal favorite.

my number 1 songs from them are still campfire (teen, age), without you (teen, age), swimming fool (al1), and smile flower (going seventeen). all of their songs are sooo good though, it suits my taste so i either love or like them.
i can't wait for you to check out teen, age album! it's right after al1 so i hope you'll check it out after love & letter since that one's actually before going seventeen lol. teen, age is still my favorite album until now (although you make my day is reaaaally close). i just love everything about that album, the nuance, the songs, the aesthetic, the album itself, the packaging, everything.❤

I think what happened was sometimes I slightly get Hoshi and Woozi mixed up and so I saw Hoshi and just assumed my brain was wrong and that it was actually Woozi???? lol idk but yeah I know the units well but suddenly having to remember everyone's name, face, and what unit they're in is a lot sometimes. I'll get used to it though!! :)

- you can read "Al1" album as "All / All one / Al(one)" lol because that Vernon's idea to come up with album name. We tend to call it "All one" though.
- The song where every member are aggressive is "Getting Closer". "Good to me" is also in a sexy and kinda aggressive song, and "Fast Pace" live performance is total a sensual song to watch. Anyway, "Who" is just RUDE for me, it's way too much lollllll
