In Portugal, drug addiction is considered sickness and not a crime. They treat drug addicts in hospitals as opposed to putting them in jail, and it works because they have managed to lower down drug use.

Yeah that's true,it's the drug and medications they serve at the rehabs and mentally challenged hospitals that play all these tricks on victims,they are even dangerous than the drugs itself,some of these drugs can manipulate a patient into committing suicide,see things in a strange manner and even really transform a victims mind into a total different state,so I think it's just God almighty who can really change an addict who later becomes a junkie🙏😇
