Yeass why not.. you can apply for the passport.. but you need to check the guidelines and fulfil all the criteria.. please visit the passport seva website to check the critera in your case (as you don’t fall under minor), you can also take help of the passport agent.. they will guide you for each step😊

U r giving wrong info.. Annex c is enough to submit if one parent has not given consent.. If both parents are in India then annex D has to submit from both parents

I think it should work. The parent accompanying the child must have their spouse name mentioned in the passport.

I've one question: If father is in abroad and the son/daughter is living with grandparents in a different city than mentioned on both the parents' Aadhar card, then can we apply from the grandparents city or do we need to being the child to the city which is there in parents' Aadhar card?

I am currently in Switzerland and my baby and wife are in India, Pune . I want to apply for passport of my baby 1year and 2 months , is 2 separate annexure D separately signed one by myself and other by my wife is required or Only annexure D signed my wife is enough.
Both parents need to sign Annex D seperately.
This is called 1 parent not given consent because he or she is working or residing abroad.
In this case only annexure C is required,

We as parents have signed annexure D but I don’t have my husbands name in my passport for which I have applied the reissue too. I have all the supporting documents. Will I need anything else? Ma'am I am 15 years old and my father is in abroad and my mother is only in India and she went in tatkal for our application of passport but they said it is not possible, so is it possible for us also to apply passport as u mentioned about only baby here ?
Yeass why not.. you can apply for the passport.. but you need to check the guidelines and fulfil all the criteria.. please visit the passport seva website to check the critera in your case (as you don’t fall under minor), you can also take help of the passport agent.. they will guide you for each step😊

U r giving wrong info.. Annex c is enough to submit if one parent has not given consent.. If both parents are in India then annex D has to submit from both parents
I have shared the details for one parent staying abroad not both parents staying in India and shared all the process that i have followed during my child passport.
