The non-tas method for the slip drift after the start boost is known isn't it? I wasn't sure because the WR doesn't do it (I also realise it doesn't save a great deal)
+ALAKTORN it's the best way to get the quickest mt and not have to quickhop, ect. there is also a small patch of offroad at the end where the mt is released.
+ALAKTORN there isn't any point in quick hopping if it isn't needed. I wheelied 3 frames faster than if I quick hopped, and that is 3 frames saved. believe me, I tested to see if a later drift and then a quick hop release was faster, and it wasn't in this instance.

flame runner can't drift that tight after the shroom, but a new strat was found after this tas was made so there could be a flame runner tas
