Just not hearing about them removing so many features makes sense why the continuous EDA is soo important to see how stressful its to use the Sense 2! 😂
I'm curious about which watch (samsung galaxy 5 pro? Garmin? Anything else?) is a great alternative for the fitbit sense 2. I've bought the fitbit sense 2 TWICE now and both were broken while unboxing. The first one it had a dead black screen (did al the problem resolutions) and my second one the red light for SpO2 didn't work. Or is this only for fitbit premium? (Because I don't want the premium). And the green light was so glitchy it stopped recording HR after one hour. Also sync problems, did everything for it to work (read the whole fitbit forum, called them), but unfortunately it still didn't sync with the fitbit app. Added my (very) old fitbit Inspire HR back, and immediately no sync problems.🙃🤦🏻🤷🏻 (I have a samsung galaxy S20+ phone) What important for me is: - accurate steps counting - calorie burning - the sleep tracker - SpO2 function - the skin temperature function - EDA function (the stress management) - all-day body response cEDA sensor - the (constant?) ECG and AFib tracking - battery life - GPS (build in?) * what I also like (which the fitbit sense 2 doesn't have) is the body fat measurement. * breathing rate (snore detection, not on fitbit sense 2) Fitbit says (on their website + when you install the new fitbit sense 2) it also does come with the breathing rate (what I like about too!) but then I saw on the fitbit forum that the Sense 2 doesn't have a breathe/snore detection. Terrible (false) advertisement. The Google maps app I can install on the fitbit sense 2 but gives an error while doing it.🙃 I'm not so much for all those notifications, (social media, calender, etc), take (or get notifications for) calls with the watch, music, speaker, 3rd party apps, or other fitness tracking other than just walking.😅🙈😬 So I wonder, (because I can't find it) is there any watch that is like the Sense 2 with the functions I want? Thanks for your reviews! Binge watched most of them. In a (1 year ago?) YT clip you reviewed the fitbit premium, you said you would do this again in the future. would you still like to do this? I am curious. Your reviews are so clear and to the point, instead of most reviews that are soooo long.🙈 So thank you, big thumbs-up 👍
The thing that makes me concerned is that for 3rd party apps it has a red dash and for like taking calls and Google pay it says coming soon on the compare chart on the Fitbit website. Wish we can get a definite answer now on what are their plans with the Sense 2.
I totally agree. There should be a lot more transparency with three functionality of the band. I really can't recommend the new Sense over the older one at this rate
@@FitnessWithFrost I might get the Sense 1 just in case if these updates don't happen. I'll feel foolish passing up on a bargain. The only thing is that "button" and the less enhancements on it.
From what I've read, 3rd party apps, phone calls, etc. Will not be forthcoming. Google wants to keep Fitbit is a niche fitness tracker while moving the smartwatch features to their pixel line. They already had 90% of these missing features on the previous generation. If they really planned on having them included on the sense 2 and versa 4, they would have released them with those features already activated. Just my 2¢
I agree with that, but they missed the bus on a couple of things at release not just the 3rd party apps. No music control. Can't take calls currently on them. I know they switched up the user interface a good amount and that is my assumption as why everything is behind
@@FitnessWithFrost really disappointed with this. I have had all versa models and pre-ordered the 4. I returned the model 3, couldn't stand the haptic button, among other things, and was very excited when they brought it back for the 4. I've left my versa 4 rotting at the store and just ordered the original sense to replace my versa 2, only because the battery isn't what it used to be after 3 years. Would've just replaced it with another 2, but, Fitbit offered me the sense 1 for half price and a year of premium. At least their support is fair. Thanks for the great reviews!
FitBit sense is garbage! Bought a new one and after 2 months it would not charge. Fitbit sent me a replacement and it too would not charge after a month. My wife and I had Sense charges and we tried our charges and it did not matter. After a charge over night it still read 0% ????? I've got 3 Fitbit senses that are useless!
I was thinking of getting sense 2 but when I saw this I’m definitely getting sense 1
Yeah it's pretty disappointing that the sense 2 really wasn't a big upgrade. Good luck with your new device
The same here

I think you will still be very happy with the Sense 1. Good luck with your new band
Brilliant video. Perfect answers to anyone confused.
Thank you for that. Good luck on your fitness journey!
Is it possible answer to calls with this watch or not?
You will see the call come up but when you answer it then it will be on your phone, not on the watch. That should be fixed in an update
Fitbit sense 2 is a huge disappointment and NOT worth the money. It's also laggy AF. I returned it and decided to stick with my original sense.
The update has made it a little less laggy, but I agree. That shouldn't have even been an issue plus all the things you have to wait for an update for
Nice video!
Is the Fitbit Sense 2 scratch resistant?
The Sense 1 had Gorilla Glass 3...
Yes it is also scratch resistant as well
I appreciate your honesty :)
No problem I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
Does the Fitbit Sense have Google Maps on it?
If you're talking about the original Sense that is no. If you're talking about the Sense 2 then it is waiting on an update to integrate Google Maps
Seems like Google kneecapped the Sense 2 so it can't compete with the new Pixel watch.
That's exactly how it feels. Not very inspiring

Thank you, very helpful!

Was this the sense 1 or sense 2?
No water lock feature, can't organize exercises
I love my sense
I'm glad to hear that. I know I lot of people who do love it
Nothing works on the sense. Phone calls. Texting. GPS. Nothing
what phone are you connecting it at? i have Samsung S21 Ultra and sense 1 works perfectly fine. amazing watch to me.
Yeah that is a very good question.
