Hi Nafisa!! I converted to Islam in October and I have worn my hijab ever since. However, I am unable to keep a job and when I go on interviews I am wearing my hijab. I moved to a bigger city within the US thinking the area would have people with more acceptance but I am still having problems getting a job! Any advice would be appreciated and I love watching your videos! You have helped me become a better Muslim!
Walaikumsalam. My advise to you is to keep it. I experienced some delay in getting a job when I first started looking for work and it is easy to thin it's because you wear hijab that you can't find a job. That is not true and only evil whispers from the devil. Keep trying and ask Allah to give a job that will be of benefit for your deen and your duniya and if you put your trust in Allah, he will always provide the best for you.

Also ladies, make sure you explicitly inform your banks that you dont want ANY interest added to your personal savings & accounts. Most banks will oblige, they'd be saving anyways 😅 We all just need to speak up!!

I am still in high school and in 2 years going to college to get further on my education but is is hard because I don’t want to take loans and later on pay it back with riba. That is the reason why I have really good grades, so I don’t have to pay for university but what are your thoughts and opinions of taking loans and paying back with riba ( interest ) and how did you go through university? Any advise for people wanting to go to university? Watching from Minnesota, U.S.A.💕💕💕💙💙💙👍👍👍
Tiya I Scholarship and grants are free you don’t need to pay anything just apply for FAFSA take the grants then ask about scholarships from your financial aid office of your college or university then apply for that as well.
i'm currently in uni so would student finance be money debt even though after uni we'll be paying it back automatically monthly. i guess it still will be subhanaaAllah
Honestly, reading the comments, I'm amazed and stupefied at some sisters mentioning that there are NO loans in their respective countries that are interest free 😱 I have 0% financial knowledge, but is it possible to develop a system through which muslims could take loans from islamic banks and give it out to them in a legal & safe way? Until someone has the bright idea of opening up islamic banks worldwide 😅 Because riba is serious mates, just google the hadiths around it.
I can't believe that other countries don't have Islamic financial services available. Here in South Africa, we have our own Islamic banks, Islamic financial lawyers and Islamic investment opportunities. Wow, we're so lucky Alhamdulillah ❤️💖
You are, I think here in the UK, it is just about to begin, still in the early stages unfortunately. In the grand scheme of things, we are only a small percentage of the population so it has been difficult.

@@girlwithajournal9375 what's worse is that with the critical situation of Algeria ( I think you've heard in the news ) some people are demanding a pure secular constitution which is fine, but they never discussed making another constitution based on Islamic legislations. Religion is starting to be frowned upon. So I wouldn't be greedy to wish for an Islamic bank X'D
