This is one of my favourite vlogs, it feels like old school Zoe and Alfie like when Alfie would be in London and Zoe would go there for the night and you guys would stay at a hotel and get room service!

I definitely agree with Alfie. I work in a loud environment and sometimes I’ll just come home and sit in silence for hours. Just doing menial tasks around the house in total silence is just the best thing after being inundated with noise all day long.

I agree with Alfie, silence is underrated now a days. I honestly feel like most people would benefit from every now and then sitting in silence and either relaxing and meditating or thinking about things without distractions. I know in the past when I wouldn’t take time for it I would always have my best thinking time when I was in the shower and I realized it was because that was the only time I wouldn’t be distracted with something else. I also believe some people are afraid of silence because they don’t like confronting their thoughts (Which I understand) but I swear it helps with healing and growth if you take the time to work through things like trauma and sadness.
Please, someone should compile all the clips where Alfie is holding a drink whilst talking. He does it all the time. Haha! Fancy.
I used to watch you like 10 years ago 🥹 and for some reason stopped around the time you started seeing Alfie (nothing against Alfie sorry haha!) I've just recently rediscovered you, I don't even know how it happened!? But I got so excited to see what you're up to nowadays and it's so heart warming to see you're still exactly you 🥰❤️ of course you've grown and now you have your gorgeous little family, so cool to see Joe around too! and you and Alfie still together. I was at the Edinburgh Book Festival this past week and yesterday did a workshop with Chris Riddell who lives in Brighton!! I was SO happy that he lived in Brighton because I know how much you guys love it! I'll have to visit it someday.

it's so funny, my fiance and I also have set sides of the bed at home but switch it up when we go away as well! we also have the same sides as you and alfie (my fiance is on the left and i am on the right at home).

I've been loving these daily vlogs! It's a nice relaxing way to end the day. Also I'm like Alfie. I want silence. My son.. I love him with all my heart but he wakes up talking and falls asleep talking (and occasionally talks in his sleep 😂) so silence is rare and wonderful.
I used to work at Beaverbrook !!! Definitely miss seeing that view everyday, although don't miss restocking those mini bars hahaha
you both are glowing. I am a virgo and I will drive home from work in silence. Silence calms me sometimes. lol
