Idea: What if goku was born as the son of whis?
Concept: He would be born with MUI( not in the state but still has it) and his power level would be 2mil and he is born with angel ki(ki that cant be sensed by G.O.D’s and only by angels and omni ki users) and he would still be born on planet vegeta. Gokus mother would be gine who would actually survive. Do what you want with the rest.
