Epic Motorcycle Ride - We Rode The Back of The Dragon

We had an amazing day in Virginia riding our motorcycles on The Back of The Dragon. A must ride for any motorcycle enthusiast. We left New Hampshire stopping in Marion, VA just so we could ride our Harley Davidsons on the infamous Virginia Route 16, also known as the "Back of the Dragon". Carving its way through Hunger Mother State Park the road did not disappoint with 32 miles of aggressive switchbacks, hairpin turns, elevation changes and gentle sweepers. Is it better than The Tail of The Dragon? YES, between the length of the ride, the number of turns and the stunning scenery is it undeniably better. Ending in Tazewell, VA we stopped at the BOTD Brewery for a breather before riding back to trailer up and continue on to North Carolina in search of more motorcycling adventures. To be continued...
