Hopefully and without prejudice, Uncle Lee politely reminding the nice restaurant owner who speaking with good command of English language as heard to putting a rack elevating the meats or foods baskets & trays. This is hygienic practicing of Chinese restaurants & others in Malaysia where in my opinion, having excellent & many varieties of delicious, tasty foods. Malaysia could be one of the best regionally & globally; hence finding many retired Japanese, Mainland Chinese, USA, UK, etc. choosing to live in Malaysia. Uncle Lee video is good source of information, thanks.

It’s Golden Hills near the night market (walking distance). Total price was RM503.71… the homestay good enough for large group up to 14 pax. Go to Booking.com and search Cameron Highlands…. then look for the listings that says “Golden Hills”…. Plenty available

Whatever you do after the program on your diet control, I do not know how you go about it... To be Frank, both of your body sizes indicate a dietary program is needed for you both. Do take good care. Thanks for your feedback. I used to eat a lot in the past.. but have cut down a lot already. Most of the time, I only eat enough to make it for the video scene (🤣🤣🤣). Say out of 100% of food, I take maybe 10%… Ah Leng, Ah Fatt and lady boss takes up the remaining 30% each. Have already told them to cut down on food but most of the time, nobody listens. I also on medication to control high b/p, cholesterol etc… need these as we age. You take care too…
