Woodturning-board bowl

I woodturned a bowl out of just boards of purple heart, tiger and oak wood. I really like the colouration and colour harmony of the wood. I will use this technique for the future. The finish is very shiny and smooth because of the laque and sanding sealer.www.etsy.com/listing/13405846...

Love these Bowls great way to use up off cuts what angle do you cut them?? that bandsaw jig and sanding kit on the lathe is a great idea too

Very nice job. What are the dimensions of the cuts? One inch? And a 45 degrees angle on your bandsaw? I like the way you made your base for cutting.

@@lesliematthew-woodturning Yea, The Piece of Plywood that the long sanding drum was over, It looked like the sanding drum was between centers on your lathe, I was just curious how you built that.
