When you say you repeat each new chapter you are learning 4-5 times, do you do this when chessable recommends it or you do the repetitions asap, i.e regardless if it's time for review or not? How do you keep track of the repetitions? Thank you for all that you do for us adult improvers!!
Hi, personally I think you can do both but it makes sense to follow the spaced repetition algorithm. This is because the system is already set up to provide optimal recall. The point with spaced repetition is that you do it over time so that it has more chance to go into your long term memory. I think it's fine to do extra repetitions as they can't hurt but spacing them out makes more logical sense. Keeping track of reviews is easy because Chessable throws them up for you. (Good video and channel by the way!)
Very helpful! Nice job Just a quick question. I seem to be stuck on the same retraining variations. I guess I just have to go thru the other review modules to increase the retraining variations. Is this correct?
Thanks! I'm going to do this with the courses you recommended
You're welcome, good luck!
